Frame
Solid Victorian hardwood frames and other solid timbers are used in the construction of Arthur G. Designs furniture, thus providing the best compromise between strength and versatility of use. Complimented with our robust suspension system, no sag steel springs in the bases and elastobelt-webbing in the backs.
Stiching
Arthur G designed furniture is saddle stitched and reinforced with an under tape to ensure the stitching retains its shape and strength.
Leathers
At Arthur G we use a variety of full grain leathers, ranging from semi aniline to full aniline. The entire range offers all the natural characteristics common in cow hide leather.
Cushion Interiors
The interiors of the seat cushion are in Dunlop enduro foam with the option of the 100 density (medium) and 130 density (firm). All back cushions are in Dunlop super soft foams offering durability and comfort. We also have our feather/fibre cushions from starwell which come with a five year guarantee.
10-year structural guarantee
Arthur G Designs proudly offers a 10 year structural guarantee from date of purchase. The guarantee however, excludes damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect and does not extend to the leather and fabrics or normal wear and tear. The guarantee applies only to the original purchaser from an authorised retailer and is not transferable or assignable. Should you have any queries, our after sales service will be pleased to assist. If a claim need be made, delivery to and from Arthur G designs is the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the manufacturer determines in writing to the contrary.
